The demanding environmental and working conditions commonly found in the textile industry (high temperatures, elevated pressures, abrasion, and contact with chemical, caustic, and oxidizing agents) subject coating compounds to aggressive situations. If these compounds do not possess the necessary characteristics of chemical and physical resistance, they may experience premature hardening, reduced elasticity, surface cracking, rapid wear, and, consequently, significantly shorten the service life of rollers.
The Rubber Group, S.A. has developed elastomeric materials under the generic name TexFlex, which embody the optimal characteristics required to ensure the excellent performance and extended service life of rollers in each phase of textile industry processes.

With excellent delivery times.
TexFlex RG101. – Rollers for gumming machines resistant to starch solutions, casein, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, and softeners.
TexFlex RG102. – Rollers for bleaching and mercerizing. Highly resistant to baths saturated with caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide. Maximum operating temperature 120°C.
TexFlex RG103. – Rollers for washing machines. Resistant to diluted caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide. Maximum operating temperature 120°C.
TexFlex RG104. – Rollers for continuous dyeing with silicate-based dyes. Maximum operating temperature 120°C.
TexFlex RG105. – Top squeezing rollers with extraordinary physical and dynamic characteristics (high compression resistance and low permanent deformation) that allow maintaining an unaltered nip during extended service life. Hardness typically ranges from 80 to 90 Shore A. Maximum working pressure 150 pli. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
TexFlex RG106. – Bottom squeezing rollers with ebonite coating. Hardness 75 – 80 Shore D. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
TexFlex RG107. – Rollers for compactors with excellent temperature and abrasion resistance. Usual hardness ranging between 70 and 80 Shore A. Maximum operating temperature 135°C.
TexFlex RG108. – Tension, feeding, and conveying rollers with a high coefficient of friction and excellent abrasion resistance. They work in contact with dry fabric. Maximum operating temperature 80°C.
TexFlex RG109. – Squeezing rollers for hydroextractors. They have extraordinary physical and dynamic characteristics (very high compression resistance, minimal permanent deformation, and high tear resistance). The usual hardness ranges from 90 Shore A to 62 Shore D. Maximum working pressure 300 PLI. Maximum operating temperature 90°C.
TexFlex RG110. – Curved opening-expanding rollers. They work in contact with dry fabric, eliminating folds and wrinkles before winding. They have great abrasion resistance and durability.
